Re-install ladders, diving boards, remove winter plugs, reset lights, hook up pumps and filter, return to start up when water level reaches skimmers. § (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE COVER REMOVAL OR CHEMICALS). o VINYL POOLS § Complete summerization of pool and filter system. Re-install ladders, diving boards, remove winter plugs, hook up pumps and filter, return to start up when water level reaches skimmers. § (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE COVER REMOVAL OR CHEMICALS). ü Additional Summerization Services o Remove, clean, dry, fold, and store cover o Heaters-Hook up and fire when starting pool o Heater Trays Installed o Connect Chlorinators o Ozonators o Auto Cleaners o Extra Pumps o Extra System o Air Blowers o Opening Chemicals § There is no way to predict the amount of chemicals that will be necessary to clear up the water. This is due to winter conditions as well as the date of opening. We base the addition of chemicals on specific readings of chlorine levels, PH. and TA. It may take several treatments. o Opening Vacuum ü Winterize Pool: (One pump-one filter systems) o GUNITE AND VINYL POOLS § Pump pool down well below returns; disconnect filter pump and drain filter, blow out return and skimmer lines, plug said lines, take out diving board and ladder and store. § (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE COVER INSTALLATION OR CLOSING CHEMICALS). ü Additional Winterization Services o Install Cover. ü We offer a wide variety of pool services including, but not limited to, complete renovations, tile work, plumbing repairs and modifications, cover installation, pump and filter system repairs and replacements, pool heater repair and new installation services, and weekly vacuums.
ü
Complete
Vacuum Service o
Consists
of cleaning pool, pool testing (chlorine, PH., Total Alkalinity) necessary
adjustment of chemicals as needed. Customer
charged weekly for addition of chemicals. Clearing of skimmer baskets,
pump basket, and general maintenance of deck area. All weekly jobs must
have an automatic chlorinator which is filled with chlorine tablets each
week. Customer will not have to adjust chemicals during the week. o
Please
notify the office prior to any special occasions to insure that we will be
able to vacuum your pool when needed. ü
Pool
Sitting o
Water
Works will be able to oversee and/or vacuum your pool as needed while you
are on vacation. Please make arrangements at least ten days in advance. ü
Chlorine
Drums o
We
will automatically supply chlorine drums at the beginning of a season to
all customers whom we have supplied in the past. Prices are not available
at this time. All weekly customers will have drums replaced as necessary
unless requested to do otherwise. ü
Liquid
Chlorine o
(Used
for quicker results or for problem pools).
May be used from time to time when needed. Customers will be charged by the gallon. ü
Additional
Work o
All
additional work must be contracted separately. Any major renovation or
repair should be done well in advance of swimming season to assure
non-interruption of swimming. We suggest you contact the office
immediately if you are aware of any extra work including marble dusting. ü
Pressure
Testing Pool Lines o
Pressure test skimmer lines and return lines to determine
which lines are broken. We also do a visual check around skimmer mouth and
around the tile lines of gunite pools.
Once its determined which line is leaking, there will be additional
charges to find exact locations of leak and to repair said leak. Main
drain testing not including as a regular part of this service, but is an
additional charge as it involves a dive into the pool to plug, test, and
evaluate the Main Drain fitting. ü
Underwater

Diving
into pool to pressure test main drains or to look for any leaks in either
gunite or vinyl liner pools. ü
Winter
Cover Contracts o
Contracts
to maintain and care for cover and water level from closing to opening of
pools, but not later than the month of June.
