	Repair and Maintenance	We offer a complete line of repair and renovation services from simple repairs on broken items such as pipes and sprinkler heads, to large scale additions or re-designs of your existing system.
	Annual Service Contracts	For a one time fee paid in the early fall, we will winterize your system, return to turn the system on in the spring, clean and adjust all the heads and setup the clock. In addition, we will provide 4 free service calls during the season (repair work will be chargeable but no service call is paid for the visit).
	Spring Turn-On	In the spring time, usually from March to early May, we will turn on your sprinkler water service, clean and adjust all the heads, make any necessary repairs, set your clock and leave the system in full working order for the season.
	Winterizations	Starting in late September, we begin closing down all systems. We will shut down your sprinkler water service and blow out all water from your irrigation system and any other peripheral water outlets attached to the sprinkler main such as hose outlets, patio bars, outdoor showers, and cabanas.
	Backflow Testing and Installation	We provide annual backflow prevention device testing and repair services for both commercial and residential facilities. We can also install any required device as per your water district regulations. We file all the necessary paperwork and reports and will deal directly with the water companies if any issues arise.
	Pumps and Controls	We offer a complete line of maintenance and repair services for several types of utility water pumping systems. These can be as simple as a float activated sump pump, an on/off/alarm control system for drainage and rain water control, a booster pump or a shallow well pump for an irrigation system.
